  • AM or PM slots with a day chosen by the agent
  • Editing which includes; blue skies on exteriors, straightening, crop, lighting, exposure and easily removable/ simple wires
  • 10 photographs chosen for you
  • Floor plan up to 2000 square feet
  • Full appointment management
  • Premium editing which includes the standard editing plus a higher level or wire removal
  • Up to 15 photographs chosen for you (unless you'd prefer to choose them for yourself, just ask!)
  • Floor plan with unlimited square feet
Yes! We can edit up to 10 photos for £39. They will be edited using the basic package. If you require object removal this will be POA. Simply upload them to a WeTransfer link (High Res if possible, this will make the final photos look even better!) and send us the code, we'll do the rest! 
  • If you are a client of our sister company Webdadi, we can upload directly to your site
  • If you aren't don't worry, as we will send you an online link which contains your photos and you will be sent your floor pans via email
Each image will need to be assessed individually as not all objects can be removed. £POA.
We have a 48 hour service from booking to final edited images being delivered.
We always try for the next day. If you place your order after 3pm, we cannot guarantee that we will have space left for the next day. 
Yes we do! Our fast track service offers same day delivery of photos. This is subject to availability which is dependent on the photographer having the available space after the appointment.
We do not charge a cancellation fee if you cancel the appointment three working hours before it is scheduled. If it is within the three working hours then a cost of 50% of the job price will apply unless another appointment can be arranged within 30 minutes of the appointment time (this only applies to jobs cancelled before the agreed time)

We haven't been able to get hold of who we should contact, whether it be a tenant or vendor. If you have supplied us with a phone number then we will chase every day, if you have supplied us with an email address, this is chased every other day.
This is a service where we will contact the client and arrange a specific time and date to attend. 
Appointment slots are arranged by the Agent directly with the Owner/Landlord/Tenant/Other Agent. We have 2 time slots available which are:

  • AM - 9am-12pm 
  • PM - 1pm-5pm (subject to daylight hours)
You will receive a confirmation via email. This will include the date and time of our visit.
We like to reward our loyal customers so for every 15 completed orders, the next one will be on us. The free jobs will be automatically put onto any orders you place the next month. 
It is a way of showing off a property online which includes a floor plan, photos and a description usually but you can choose whatever you want to! You can see examples here
