Floor plans

Using state of the art Disto laser meters to ensure accuracy, our Datographers® draw an initial sketch of the property in accordance with RICS measuring practises.

The sketch plan is then sent to our CAD team who convert these sketches overnight. Each CAD file is then sent back to us for verification before being delivered to you the following day of the appointment taking place.

Our floor plans are available in a range of formats, including JPEG, GIF, and PDF. In addition, we also offer our exclusive Zoom Sharp floor plans that allow potential buyers to zoom into specific areas of the plan without distorting the image.
