Floor plans

Using state of the art Disto laser meters to ensure accuracy, our Datographers® draw an initial sketch of the property in accordance with RICS measuring practises. The sketch plan is then sent to our CAD team who convert these sketches overnight. Each CAD file is then sent back to us for verification before being delivered to you the following day of the appointment taking place.

Our floor plans are available in a range of formats, including JPEG, GIF, and PDF. In addition, we also offer floor plans in our exclusive ZoomSharp format that allow potential buyers to zoom into specific areas of the plan without distorting or losing the quality of the image.

ZoomSharp floor plans are ideal for high resolution screens or for those with limitied or partial vision, such as macular degeneration, offering the ultimate illustrative property layout guide.
